Change your margins

When printing, change the margins.
You can fit more on one page then, saving paper.

I had to print 1600 permission slips for school dance the other day along with 350 tickets and the way they originally had it set up I could only print 2 permission slips per page.

I changed margins, decreased font a bit and managed to get 3 slips per page!
big savings when printing 1600!!!!

Another print tip - use "fast draft" on things you don't need perfect...saves a LOT of ink!

see I dont print anything unless I 'have' to
like: invoices for orders, shipping labels

otherwise I dont print anything
paperless office here

other than now the occasional stuff for PTA I refuse to print

I even do fast draft for the receipts I put in with my orders...
